-Providing direct administrative support to top company executive
-Answering, screening and routing phone calls as appropriate
-Maintaining personal, confidential and business files
-Coordinating business schedule including booking travel and reconciling expense Reports
-Extensive appointment management and maintenance of calendar
-Preparing and editing presentations using PowerPoint and Visio

Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience, as an assistant to senior level executive in a fast-paced demanding environment. Detail and action-oriented, organized, possess excellent time management, communication, organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to remain calm & composed during demanding periods -- "thick skinned" personality with a real sense of urgency

Business savvy and expertise in verbal/written communication skills with external and internal clients

Commitment to provide superior customer service & sales support

Proactive, motivated and "can do" attitude and take initiative on projects

Willingness to go above and beyond; covering some personal tasks

Committed, mature and hard-working with interest in growth and longevity with firm

Strong PC skills covering all Microsoft Office applications, CRM and Data Base software.
